16 weeks. Your bloodwork, your sleep, your training — measured, then fixed. For men who are done guessing and want to know exactly what's holding them back.

The real problem
That's not a discipline problem. You've got discipline coming out of your ears. It's a feedback problem — you're running a protocol you can't see the output of. So when it stops working, you have no idea which of the twelve things you changed was the wrong one.
I make the invisible visible. Bloodwork. Sleep stages. Glucose. Recovery. Then we change one thing at a time and watch what moves.

The method
Three phases. In order. Each one starts when the last one's numbers have moved.
Full bloodwork. Two weeks of unedited sleep and glucose data. A food and movement audit. We change almost nothing — because you can't fix what you haven't measured, and everyone who skips this step ends up back here anyway.
We go after the two or three markers furthest out of range. Usually sleep timing, protein and glucose stability — in that order. One variable at a time, reviewed every week, so we always know what caused what.
Repeat bloodwork against your baseline. Then I hand you the decision rules — what to do when you travel, when you're sick, when you plateau. You walk out able to coach yourself. That's the whole point.

What you get
45 minutes on video, same slot every week. We read your data together and decide the next move.
You get the panel done locally. I read it against your goals and flag what to take to your doctor.
Your equipment, your schedule, your recovery data. Rebuilt every block, not copy-pasted.
Targets and rules, not a meal plan. Built to hold up through travel, restaurants and Ramadan.
Answers within 24 hours, six days a week. Send me the photo of the menu.
Based on what your bloodwork actually says you're short of. Usually a much shorter list than you're on now.

Who's coaching you
I was "bulking" but that just meant eating whatever. I tried simply working out more, and this did not change my body composition, I change my sleep, diet, and lifestyle, and in a few weeks changes started to show.
Kickboxing World Champion. Certified physical therapist, 3 years coaching, clients through this exact protocol. "Coached 47 men through this
This works for people who WANT change. Based in Beirut, coaching men across Lebanon, the Gulf and Europe.
Before you book
$500 for the full 16 weeks, in full or across four monthly payments. I'll confirm the exact number on the call. If that's out of reach right now, don't book — I'd rather say it here than waste twenty minutes of your day.
Every client is remote. Calls on video, data off your tracker, bloodwork at a lab near you. I currently work with men in Lebanon, the UAE, Saudi, Germany and the UK.
You need something that tracks sleep stages and heart rate variability. Oura, Whoop, Garmin or a recent Apple Watch all work. If you don't have one we'll sort it in week one — it's the most useful thing you'll buy all year.
No. Almost everything that moves your numbers is sleep, protein, training load and light. The exotic stuff is the last five percent, and I'm not selling it to you until the basics are handled.
If your markers haven't moved by week 8 we keep going at no extra cost.
No, and I won't pretend otherwise. I read bloodwork to guide training and nutrition. Anything clinical goes to a physician — I'll help you work out what to ask them.
Step one
A few questions first so I turn up prepared. If we're not a fit I'll say so on the call and point you somewhere better. No pitch either way.
